What is Bootcamp?

Bootcamp is a high intensity class that consists of cardio, plyometric, and interval training. Weights are also included to tone and sculpt the body.


What is the Bootcamp Class at K2?

The class is a group fitness class consisting of between 5-10 people. Class times are Monday through Thursday 6~7pm. Yusef (our boxing trainer) teaches on Monday and Wednesday and Sarah Ann (our fitness trainer) teaches Tuesday and Thursday.


Why take Bootcamp class?

It is a great supplement to any of our current programs as it targets muscle groups that you generally do not use to work out. Therefore, it’s a class that is great for weight loss or toning up.
