JAZZERCISE CLASS
Show off your body and your moves!
Jazzercise is a fairly new fitness program that combines aerobics and upbeat jazz music as well as modern music to create a whole new genre of exercise! These series of dance routines are ideal for anybody who wants to work-out while having fun!

DIET DANCE / YOGA
Look better, Feel better!
These classes combine both Diet Dance's funky style with the calm meditative style of Yoga, resulting in a unique yet effective work-out method. While listening to various musical choices, ranging from hip-hop to rap, this dance and stretch type of exercise adds a bit of attitude to anyone's daily work-out schedules!

Amazing Self-Defense!
Originating from Brazil, this distinct style of martial-arts has become wildly popular in the West. This type of Jujitsu is known for its grappling, standing, and ground defense techniques, commonly seen in UFC style fighting.
