What is MMA?
MMA is short for Mixed Martial Arts. It consists of Stand Up (punching and kicking), Grappling & Wrestling, Muay Thai boxing, and Jiu Jitsu. It is a great class if you are looking for a total body workout that includes martial arts.
What is the MMA Class?
Our MMA program is currently INACTIVE. The class is small and very personalized, so you will be able to get virtually 1-on-1 attention from our instructors. Our main instructor Joel (who studied under Renzo Gracie) and his assistant Peter (a BombSquad affiliate) will teach you the from the basics to the advanced techniques of MMA. This class is great for all skill levels and no previous experience is required.
