MMA: Short for Mixed Martial Arts- a total body workout that includes 5 elements: grappling, wrestling, jiu jitsu, stand-up and Muay Thai Boxing.

MAXimum Conditioning: For boxers, fitness buffs, or normal people—this is an intense workout that leaves your muscles tight and tired for more.

Open Gym: Self training with the punching bags and fitness equipment.
